A two and three day hiking trail along the Balele escarpment and in the scenic Enhlazeni valley with several beautiful waterfalls along the way and one night's accommodation in traditional Zulu huts.

A wide variety of tours and trails are on offer.  The tours consist of anything from half an hour to one hour tours.  The trails vary from half a day up to three or four day trails.

In addition to angling and water sport on the dam, sport facilities include bowling greens, tennis courts, golf course, swimming pool, and squash court.

Waterloo Farm is located in the picturesque, unspoiled Balele Mountain Range.  Fishing is currently offered on three dams of 1/3, 1 and 2 ha. respectively.  The dams are stocked with both rainbow and brown trout.  Alternative wild river fishing can be offered on some 12km of the beautiful Bivane River with a pristine 6 ha. dam that is also stocked.

Situated approximately three hour's drive from Johannesburg and Durban at an altitude of 6500 ft, it is an exclusive wild trout area with an abundance of bird life.  It also offers scenic trails for nature lovers and hikers, as well as horse riding and paragliding along the Balele escarpment.

A base camp consisting of two four bed and thatched huts with three circular routes of 5km, 8km and 10km.  Farm holidays are available throughout the year during which closer contact can be made with farm animals.  Horse riding and black bass angling.
